Veteran’s Day takes on a whole new meaning when you have a daughter in the military. She’s only 19 years old but could be deployed immediately upon graduation from USAFA. My husband was in the Air Force for 9 years; but never saw active combat. He did fly the C-141 on support missions for the Grenada Invasion Conflict. If you are related to or know a veteran, give them a hug or a handshake of thanks today for serving on the front lines of defending our liberties and those of other oppressed nations.
